How it Works
Step 1After consultation & CT imaging, your urologist evaluates the stone size, location, and number, then recommends the right procedure.
Step 2Anaesthesia is given, and the stones are removed via RIRS or PCNL. The procedure usually takes 45 - 120 minutes.
Step 3Patients are monitored post-surgery; a DJ stent is typically placed, and most patients are discharged within 1 - 3 days.
Step 4RIRS recovery takes 1 - 2 weeks; PCNL takes 2 - 3 weeks. The DJ stent is removed at the 2 - 3 week follow-up.
