2. Refund Policy — Online Payments

If you paid online at the time of booking:

• If the consultation could not take place due to doctor unavailability or a scheduling issue on our end, a full refund will be issued automatically.

3. Pay-at-Hospital Bookings

For appointments booked with the "Pay at Hospital" option, no advance payment is collected. You may cancel anytime before the appointment by contacting our support team — no charges apply.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation:

• For online payments: No refund will be issued for missed appointments without prior cancellation.
• For pay-at-hospital bookings: No charges are applicable, but we request you cancel in advance so the slot can be made available to other patients.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge by contacting our team. Rescheduling is subject to doctor and slot availability.

6. Surgical Procedure Bookings
