Not sure if you need a DJ stent? Speak with an Even urologist today
How it Works
Step 1After consultation & imaging, your urologist evaluates the cause of obstruction and recommends DJ stenting.
Step 2Anaesthesia is given, and the stent is placed through the urethra using a cystoscope. The procedure usually takes 20 - 30 minutes.
Step 3Patients are monitored briefly post-procedure; most are discharged the same day with minimal discomfort.
Step 4The stent stays in place for 2 - 6 weeks depending on the underlying condition and is removed through a quick outpatient procedure.
